Using

form of Office exercise is suitable for every employee.
It is an excellent means to acquire new energy in a relaxed
manner.
Office exercise can be a once-only event, at the beginning
of the working day or during lunch break. It can be performed
on location or, depending on the number of participants, in
the NWA’s training space.
It is also possible to organize a regularly returning training,
