| Already for many years the NWA provides
for workshops for companies, offices, government institutions
and cultural organizations.
In these workshops the participants
will learn the basic principles of Tai Chi, Chi Kung and “Office
Exercise”.
A wide range of Chinese health exercises
is used, which among other things are aimed at the specific
physical symptoms that can result from too much strain in
the work situation.
For the participants joining a workshop
brings along the extra advantage of seeing their colleagues
in a different situation, which may have a positive effect
on the internal relationships. Furthermore, they have learned
movements which they can practice at home and which improve
their health.
Workshops are possible for small groups
as well as for large or very large groups. The NWA has experience
with workshops for several hundreds of participants.
The
NWA has provided for workshops for amongst others Unilever,
the City of Rotterdam, Internal Revenue Rotterdam Rijnmond,
the Railsportsday and Orange Networking Event 2008. |
